The Future Workplace

People, Performance and Culture – Tuesday 27 November 2018, London

Dear Colleague,

The Managing Partners’ Forum's new People, Performance and Culture group presents the ‘The Future Workplace’ series of programmes. These programmes will examine the key factors that are driving change, and the real-world approaches that are being developed and adopted.

In this first session, we take a practical look at the positive and negative impacts of disruption, and how firms and individuals are evolving their people strategies to adapt and thrive.

Practical futurist Andrew Grill shares his actionable insights working with large and small companies around the world.  Deborah Gray, co-founder and Director of Totum, shares her observations of professional firms, and candidates’ priorities over the last three years as the sector undergoes transformational change.

We hope you can join us.

Kind regards

The People, Performance and Culture Committee
Sarah Draper, Clint Evans, Alicia Millar, Julia Paulding and Steve Saville
